Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

All of our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This means that after shipment, all Wishfuls will receive their orders within 2-3 business days! Please also allow 3-5 business days for order processing and making. There is a flat rate of $4.50 for all priority shipping, no matter the weight of orders, and $3.50 fee for handling. Due to COVID-19, there may be some unforeseen delays; we are unable to oversee or accommodate them, should they ever occur.

We are not liable for any packages after they are shipped out, this includes, but is not limited to, theft after delivery. 

If you did not receive your package by the estimated date, please contact the courier, USPS with your tracking number for all inquiries.

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

All sales are final without return or exchange. In the case of damaged merchandise due to shipping/delivery, all customers are required to show proof of damage within 24 hours of delivery date to receive item replacements. Damages that are considered for replacements are as followed: broken glass and damaged jar lids.  During warmer weather conditions, we encourage Wishfuls to make arrangements for order pickups/deliveries to prevent chances of wax melting.
